In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I have to share how thankful I am for this incredible team. In many different ways, every person in this photo has taught me something new and made a positive impact on me in the last 1.5 years since I joined the ISO. Even though I’m still relatively new, I always feel included and welcomed. I also deeply appreciate the intentional efforts to build connection and belonging, given so many of us work primarily remotely. The many team building events we have had in 2024 have already become such good memories together. So, sending lots of love and gratitude to my California ISO HR peeps.
