I am pleased to announce that Bruce Richardson has been promoted to the office of President of Cannon Boiler Works, Inc., effective November 5th, 2024. I will continue to serve as CEO until January 1st, 2025, at which time I will retire from that position. Thereafter, I will remain with the company as an advisor to Bruce and the organization until the transition is successfully completed. Additionally, I will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors. With Bruce’s extensive knowledge of the business and his proven track record of success, I am confident in his ability to lead this company to new heights. His leadership and vision will undoubtedly propel Cannon Boiler Works, Inc. forward, ensuring continued growth and innovation. I would also like to acknowledge the invaluable contributions of our dedicated team of employees to our successes. Their unwavering support and commitment are crucial to our continued success. Friday, we celebrated the retirement of Walt Skibo, a mainstay in our fabrication department for 37 years. Walt has played a major role in building some of the largest and most complex projects we have ever taken on, as well as working with and training new fabricators. We are grateful for his many contributions in making Cannon great for all of these years. Happy retirement Walt, we wish you nothing but the best.
