  • 🍂 Thanksgiving is about sharing—gratitude, stories, and of course, a second helping of dessert. 🥧 We’re thankful for a world with more voice input and rapidly improving AI that gives us the freedom of asynchronous voice to make life easier, more productive, and more connected. Here’s a few reasons we are thankful for voice + AI: 🗓️ Fewer meetings on the calendar. Voice messages let us align and share updates without the need to schedule calls. 🎙️ Ideas captured before they’re lost. From the middle of a walk to the chaos of the kitchen, voice memos allow us to capture our best thoughts before they slip away. 🤖  AI organizes the chaos. Voice notes can ramble. Thankfully AI turns it into structured to-do lists, draft emails, meeting notes, or even presentations. 📱 Connections across time zones. Whether it’s a thank-you to distant family or quick updates with teammates, async voice brings us closer without the scheduling stress. 💡 Time to focus on what matters. No more distracted conference calls—respond and engage when you can focus. ❤️ Clarity and connection. Voice conveys tone and intent better than text, saving time on clarifications and deepening relationships. ⚡️Real-time speed. Conversations happen when the idea happens rather than waiting for the next meeting. At Carbon Voice, we’re thankful for all the ways asynchronous voice empowers busy teams, supports creativity, and strengthens connections. Wishing you a Thanksgiving full of gratitude, laughter, and maybe even a little extra pie. 🥧💛

  • Your inspiration and reminder to take Carbon Voice with you and go on that walk today!🚶♀️ 💡

Have you ever noticed how your best ideas seem to strike when you're out for a walk? There's a unique connection between movement and creativity. 🧠🚶♂️ Stanford research reveals that walking can significantly enhance creative thinking. It opens up a free flow of ideas, allowing them to evolve naturally. It's remarkable how a simple stroll can become a powerful tool for generating ideas, reflecting, and solving problems. I record my thoughts during these moments of inspiration. There's something incredibly powerful and effective about capturing ideas in real-time, using your own voice, without the disruption of typing or writing. This approach lets you focus on your idea flow rather than the editing process. Next time you're on a walk or experiencing a burst of inspiration, try voicing your ideas aloud and recording them. You might be amazed at the increased clarity and creativity that emerges! 🎙️💡 https://lnkd.in/gECW-Xsm #GTD #CreativeThinking #ProductivityHacks #VoiceNotes #Brainstorming #FutureOfWork #MindBodyConnection

When I say Carbon Voice is my Swiss Army Knife for voice-led productivity, here’s why! 7 things I did with Carbon Voice in the last 24 hours: 1. Ran a 4-hour asynchronous voice chat for drop-in office hours — way better than Zoom. 2. Repurposed the Q&A transcript into 2 step-by-step course modules: one for book authors (Speak Your Book: The Roadmap) and one for oral storytellers (The Oral Storytelling Guidebook). 3. Had 1:1 asynchronous voice chat conversations with multiple Voice Lift members in private threads. 4. Created a 20-minute rambling transcript to formulate my thoughts verbally. Then used ChatGPT to analyze it, refine it, and help me prepare for my meeting with my actual human business coach. 5. Journaled to set intentions, brain dump, and plan my day. 6. Worked on 3 or 4 different chapters in my book-in-progress (Speak Your Book) during my morning walk before sunrise. 7. Used the same transcripts from the book chapters, plus ChatGPT, to write 2 emails and 4 posts. If this sounds overwhelming, think of it like this: I’m just working as fast as I can think. All the work is basically me thinking and talking — but without the energy drain of desk work or wasted time clicking around on a screen. By the time I finish speaking, most of my work is already done. P.S. And here’s the thing — I’ve only been using Carbon Voice for a few weeks. It’s super intuitive — I just figured it out as I went.

  • Any VCs down to try this out? Let us know what you think! 😎 #VCHacks #Investor #investment

Are you a VC (or associate/analyst in a VC firm)? What if a structured investment memo was automatically produced from your deal discussions? Busy work done faster than you can say 'unicorn'. ✨📝 Sounds magical, right? It happens in Carbon Voice:  1.) Have an async voice conversation about a deal. Ask all the questions. Spit out all your thoughts.  2.) Tap the Investment Memo AI Action.  3.) Copy results into doc for a first draft that is ready to refine and finalize. #productivity #GSD #voice #voiceinput #voicememo #venturecapital #vc #worksmarter #investmentmemo

  • 💜 We couldn't have said it better ourselves. We're so excited to make it easier for everyone to capture, refine and share their ideas with voice. Voice input FTW! 💪

The way we learned to write in school is slow, inefficient, and outdated. I’ve spent more time tinkering with Voice Input than getting a degree—4 reasons why it's better than the old way of writing: 1. Now you can write as fast as you can think. The average person types 40 words per minute, but speaks 150 words per minute. 2. Unbound your thinking habits. The real shift happens when you start communicating without the limits and barriers you're used to. 3. Voice Input is like building a shelf from IKEA. You’re not buying the finished product; you’re getting the parts and the instructions. That’s exactly what Voice Input transcripts are like—a box of self-contained parts and instructions. 4. Examples of how I use self-contained instructions: *Co-writing with another person: I listen closely, ask follow-up questions, and pull out what’s unspoken but crucial to include in the transcript. *Recording solo: I’m not just dictating words. I’m also speaking instructions to guide AI (or future me) on what needs to happen next. -- Curious to see how Voice Input works? I can show you in 2 minutes. Just send me a message on Carbon Voice—link in the comments.
