“The Career Ready Guide helped us speed up the process of language acquisition in the realm of career competencies…” Scott Stroupe, assistant teaching professor of management and business at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College was on the hunt for a digital tool to integrate career readiness material to help students understand the career readiness competencies (soft skills) in a professional context. 🎯 Scott’s Goal: to make sure students and faculty were aligned and speaking the same competency “language.” CareerSpots Career Ready Guide’s © high production value and concise format proved to be invaluable in achieving this goal. The Guide is a 4 hour, digital micro-course that bridges the career readiness gap and empowers student “soft skill” development valued by today’s employers.
