Our Leadership Event last fall was held in Tucson and, we took advantage of the location to learn more about Native American culture & community. Who knew handing 50+ TA leaders some drums and encouraging them to create the heartbeat of our community could be such fun?

CXR Community meetings are notorious for being highly interactive. These are no boring conferences, they are work sessions helping to solve real Talent Acquisition challenges. At our Operations Meeting, hosted by Ford in Dearborn, MI, these leaders generated countless takeaways to help them level up the work happening back at their offices. Ford Motor Company

Our first meeting of the year was hosted by EchoStar Corporation . During our time in Denver these Campus Recruiting leaders put their heads together on challenges ranging from internship programs to executive referrals - and everything in between. Proving once again the incredible value of coming together in-person to build a network & solve problems.

Our favorite CXR Community moments of the year have to include the ducks. Our favorite symbol of Community -- one that often gets tossed around -- and one that is earned by being a strong Community Member like these Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing leaders during our summer meeting at Spectrum's Charlotte HQ. #iykyk 🦆
