Knowledge is power! That's the advice Careforth Senior Relationship Manager Saran Craig has for caregivers of those with Alzheimer's disease or dementia. Today is the first day of Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Education Week. Understanding the type of dementia your loved one has is the first step to providing them with the best possible care. 💜 

Family caregivers put their hearts into caring for others—but it's vital they take care of their own hearts, too. 💗 February is American Heart Month, an important time to remember that heart health is something that can't be overlooked.
