Designing: Our expert design team, led by Dean, the founder of Caribbean Pools, and his son and daughter, Nick and Erica, collaborate with you to create a customized layout that fits your style, space, and needs. Whether you are looking for a luxurious retreat or a fun family oasis, we ensure every detail is correct. Excavation: Your backyard will never be the same! Our skilled crew excavates the site to prepare for construction. WARNING: This phase can be messy but well worth it. Depending on whether your yard consists of clay, dirt, sand, or rock, some excavation processes can take longer than others. Typically, we will access your yard from the side of your home for efficient and easy access. Please talk to your neighbor and let them know it will be over soon! Steel Walls: Once we have fully excavated your pool, we will install durable steel walls on the same day as the excavation. The steel walls are the skeleton of your pool, creating a solid foundation and shape for the new pool. This crucial step ensures your pool stands the test of time. Plumbing: Our team installs an efficient and reliable system, ensuring proper water circulation and filtration. This step is vital for maintaining clean, clear, and safe pool water. Bottoms & Footings: We pour concrete bottoms and footings, providing a stable and durable base for your pool. This step is essential for its structural integrity, ensuring it remains strong and secure. We create a foundation supporting the pool structure using high-quality materials and techniques. We then carefully backfill around the pool structure. This process adds support and stability, preparing the area for the following stages of construction. Concrete Deck: It's time to pour a deck! Choose from a Broom or Stamped finish. We offer a variety of stamped concrete patterns, including fractured earth, ashlar slate, cobblestone, and fieldstone, in a wide variety of colors to match your preference. With its superior durability and weather resistance, concrete is the perfect choice to give your pool a high-end look. We then form a cantilever edge to create a modern look. This phase enhances the overall aesthetic and provides a functional space for lounging and entertaining. Liner & Water Fill: In this stage, our crew installs a high-quality liner that provides a smooth, waterproof finish to your pool.
