The institute's Clark Stancil presented Fitzgerald's 2024 Downtown Renaissance Fellowship project to local officials and property owners this week. It was a full-circle moment for Clark, who began his journey with the Institute of Government as a student fellow in Fitzgerald 10 years ago! This project grew from Ben Hill County's participation in the PROPEL initiative.
