We're incredibly proud to have been part of such an important project for the Sanford community! On December 4th, Fire Station #5 officially cut the blue ribbon, marking a major milestone for the city’s growth. As the team behind the construction, Carolina Commercial Contractors worked alongside ADW Architects and many city officials and employees to bring this 12,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility to life. With features like modern bunk rooms, fitness spaces, and a two-bay garage for new fire trucks, this station is built to serve the growing needs of Sanford’s residents. It’s an honor to contribute to the city’s vision for sustainable growth, and we’re excited to see this beautiful building become a landmark on Highway 1. On October 17th, Carolina Commercial Contractors was honored with the Leader in Guardrail Safety Award during the annual Guardrail Safety Week (October 14-18) hosted by Builders Mutual and NAHB. With fall protection being a top OSHA violation, we're thrilled to stand out as one of only 12 companies recognized out of 10,000. A huge thank you to our dedicated employees and the hardworking individuals in the field who consistently follow safety guidelines to ensure everyone returns home safely. The Carolina Commercial team had a different view from their “desks” today as Evolution Safety Resources led us through CPR and AED trainings. We are committed to ensuring all employees have the education and equipment they need for a safe work environment, both on the job site and in the office. We're in the final stages of construction at Station #5 for the City of Sanford, NC. We’re looking forward to seeing this state-of-the-art building filled with fire engines and staff!

Doors are officially open to Sanford’s newest hotel! Thank you to Crown Hotel & Travel Management for being an excellent partner on this project just minutes down the road from our home office. We can’t wait to see this parking lot full of visitors!
