Carter DeLuca Partner Clifford Ulrich joined our firm in 2020. His practice is focused on patent prosecution, post-grant review proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, strategic patent counseling, and patent portfolio analysis. Clifford’s practice has a particular emphasis in the mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical arts. His experience covers a range of technologies, including automotive devices and systems, aerospace systems, computer devices, consumer goods, and medical devices. Prior to entering the legal profession, Clifford gained valuable industry experience as a design and manufacturing engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a J.D. from New York Law School.
