    A massive shout out to Dutchie and Chris Ostrowski (Dutchie CTO) for inviting CASA RETAIL to join the conversation next week with legends Michael Johnson (CEO of Metrc), John Svoboda (Exec Dir Cannabis Chamber of Commerce), and Andrew Jones (Exec IT w/ Good Chemistry), talking about the future of the Colorado cannabis industry at Dutchie's event on Tuesday night. These guys are heavy hitters and influential in our space. A big shout out to Marna Swakid for being a CO power house and being an awesome partner. MAKE SURE TO REGISTER ASAP...     Today, the top AI supply chain and retail planning software in the world is entering the cannabis and hemp industries via an exclusive partnership with CASA RETAIL. This platform, currently powering the likes of Whole Foods, Home Depot, Sprouts and other household names, has not touched our industry before today, yet we believe will have a long lasting impact. For years, retailers and operators have not had the technology to test a promotion before running it, to measure all of the KPIs around promotions, discounts, and markdowns, and to track all vendor contributions in one platform. The same goes for using competitor data and internal data to determine what to charge for products on your menu. These are a few of the features that I believe will have a massive impact in our industry, though there are many, including some of the biggest features being for vertical operators and supply chain optimization. Promotion analysis and recommendations: AI provides generative promotion recommendations and analysis, measuring all promotion KPI's including halo, cannibalization, margin, true lift, and many others, alerting you when promotions are dipping into unprofitable performance or are achieving goals. The engine gets smarter with every promotion. Automate true-ups with your vendors for vendor promotion contributions. 2. Retail menu price recommendations: know the optimal pricing for products on your menu across any number of locations, individualized to each location, using all competitor menu data and internal data to give you optimal recommendations. 3. Automated supply chain forecasting and planning: align and optimize demand, merchandise, supply chain, and operations planning across the end-to-end value chain.
