The United States needs an affordable, mass produced, long-range hypersonic deterrent to regain a decisive power advantage over our adversaries and deter future conflicts. Today, Castelion is one step closer to addressing that critical national need with the announcement of a $100M financing round. Our Series A is led by Lightspeed, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Lavrock Ventures, Cantos, BlueYard Capital, First In, and Interlagos, and includes new financing from Silicon Valley Bank. This capital raise will allow us to scale our team and production capabilities and accelerate test cycles on our first low-cost hypersonic weapon.

Last week at Castelion, the team conducted three static fires in less than 24 hours, flew two test flights with successful recoveries, and launched the company's new flight computer and control actuation system. To beat China, you need to learn faster than they do. That's what Castelion does.
