At the Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 6th, 2024, shareholders voted to elect new members to the Board of Directors of Cavendish Hydrogen ASA. The following individuals have been elected to the Board: Lavrans Grjotheim (chair of the board) Sheri Shaghayegh Shamlou (board member) Anders Gravir Imenes (board member) Cavendish Hydrogen ASA welcomes the new board members and look forward to the collaboration. Update Regarding Registration for Extraordinary General Assembly. We have been informed that some shareholders wishing to participate have not received their reference number and PIN code from their banks. We have further been informed that the VPS system for registration of votes experienced technical difficulties with MyVPS uploads yesterday, 4 December 2024. If you have not yet received your reference number and PIN code required for registration, please contact your bank promptly to obtain this information. The original registration deadline was 4 December 2024 at 16:00 CET. To accommodate shareholders who have not been able to register, the technical registration window for registration of advance votes and proxies has been extended to 5 December 2024 at 23:59 CET and the registration deadline has been removed, subject to formal approval by the General Assembly. Today Cavendish Hydrogen ASA presented it's Q3 results for 2024. "Although revenues were impacted by fewer equipment deliveries in the quarter, we achieved a significant uplift in our gross margins and maintained good cost control. Claus Sinding of Cavendish appointed lead for ISO 19885-3 project   We are delighted to share that Claus Sinding has been appointed Project Lead for the development of a new ISO standard: “ISO 19885-3 High Flow Hydrogen Fueling Protocols for Heavy Duty Road Vehicles”   Claus’s expertise is recognized globally, with an impressive 9-year track record in hydrogen fueling regulations, codes, and standards (RCS). His leadership in the EU-funded PRHYDE Project and representation in the H70HF Industry group alongside giants like Shell, Toyota, Hyundai, Air Liquide, and Nikola has been instrumental.   “It is a great honor to be selected for this lead role by the leadership of the ISO Hydrogen Technologies Committee, and subsequently approved unanimously by national ISO committees around the world. Years of contributions to hydrogen fueling and safety have led to this moment, where the hydrogen automotive industry has placed its trust in Cavendish to pave the way for high-flow hydrogen fueling of heavy-duty road vehicles,” says Claus Sinding.   At Cavendish, we have been at the forefront of hydrogen standards for the past decade, starting with the SAE J2601 standard.
