Kait Schmidt Thabet, Founder and Chief Planner of Celebrait by Kait, began her event planning journey in the Midwest at 16. After graduating from Marquette University, she worked in traditional roles but felt unfulfilled.
In June 2019, Kait founded Celebrait by Kait to bring her unique vision to life. Following a rebrand in 2020, the company took on its current vibrant identity. While building her brand, Kait balanced multiple jobs in events and real estate, dedicating herself to offering personalized, client-focused planning services.
By late 2023, Kait made a bold decision to retire from traditional employment, committing fully to her business. In 2024, Celebrait by Kait expanded with four talented team members specializing in event management and marketing, achieving remarkable growth and setting new milestones.
