Clayton Reed was a beast in the ring! What an incredible event all around - credit to Haymakers for Hope for all they do for cancer research, the competitors for all of the work they put in to prepare, and to those fighting the battler with cancer today. The future is brighter because of these folks!
At Central Chevrolet, we believe in giving back to the community, and last night, we had the privilege of sponsoring Haymakers for Hope's Rock 'N Rumble XIII in Boston. This wasn't your typical boxing event. It was a night filled with powerful stories of cancer survivorship, unwavering dedication from the boxers, and a collective spirit of hope. The fighters were everyday heroes who stepped into the ring for a cause bigger than themselves. They trained tirelessly, driven by the desire to make a difference in the fight against cancer. Their stories resonated deeply with the crowd, reminding us of the strength and resilience of the human spirit. Central Chevrolet is incredibly proud to have sponsored Clayton Reed, who participated in the event. Clayton dedicated himself to 4 months of rigorous training, culminating in a well-deserved victory. Along with training 7 days a week and putting countless hours into the gym – he raised almost $30,000 dollars personally. The True win belongs to Haymakers for Hope, who have raised over $25 million since their inception to fund vital cancer research. Haymakers for Hope's Rock 'N Rumble XIII was more than just a boxing match; it was a testament to the power of community, courage, and the unwavering pursuit of a cure.
