I spent this morning judging the amazing entries for the student Change Makers competition. I can't wait to celebrate at the House of Lords on February 5th. When it comes to projects, I’m always all in – whether it was creating posters in primary school, piecing together presentations at university, or working on something much bigger, like CENTURY Tech's Liverpool City Region pilot initiative. Over the past three months, I’ve had the privilege of working with over 40 primary schools, helping them get up and running with CENTURY. From school visits to training sessions to hearing success stories straight from classrooms, it’s been incredible to see CENTURY in action and the difference it’s making for schools across the region. Measuring the impact of forward-thinking teachers embracing innovative technology isn’t always easy, but this project has clearly demonstrated what’s possible. Together, we’ve seen 3,990 actively engaged learners complete 125,175 nuggets and answer an incredible 1,247,939 questions! These numbers speak for themselves and show just how powerful it can be when great teaching meets a cutting-edge learning platform. As we head into 2025, I’m excited to build on this momentum by supporting even more schools across the region (and beyond!) to discover what’s possible with CENTURY. To every school and educator who’s welcomed me into their communities this year: thank you. Your dedication to supporting your students and openness to exploring new ideas makes my job so fulfilling. Have a very Merry Christmas, everyone! 🎄🎅
