One of the greatest compliments any CEO or Owner can receive is when one of their associates is sought after by another company or organization. Of course, no one wants to lose highly valued associates. But if done right and handled professionally, the experience can (and should) be a positive and well deserved reflection of both the talent of that associate and their employer.
