CEPHR, LLC is a Boutique Human Resources and Culture Consulting Firm founded on the Values of Integrity, Trust, Empathy, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging (DEIB), Community, Active Listening, and Agility. Through focused partnering, we support Small to Mid-Sized Businesses, Non-Profits, Start-ups, and new Founders to build out their infrastructure and strategies toward a strong Employer Brand and Culture focused on Engagement and Retention. We recognize that you may not have all of the answers or the resources to work through some of the issues you may be facing. You may have even faced an issue before and this time it’s a bit more complex to navigate. We work with our clients to problem solve and create the building blocks to create or enhance programs, initiatives, and outcomes. We pair people and strategy through thoughtful, meaningful connection to help you avoid costly turnover, increase Retention, build and foster an engaged team, consistently assessing your needs and seeking feedback along the way. What’s important to our Stakeholders is important to us. While we are experienced enough to have tested methodologies and strategies to prevent risk, help organizations scale, and build healthy, engaged Cultures, we also understand that each client is unique, and we tailor our creative approach and plans to our clients’ needs.     At what point does demand become too much? Demand Culture is a thing. Very quickly, the demand on our time, treasures, and talent can become out of control without the right level of boundaries in place. As a Business Owner, demand is a good thing, but boundaries are still healthy to maintain the Vision, Brand, and a Culture of Sustainability. The other day we got a request to introduce manual processes that are not supportive to the overall goals or to our CEPHR, LLC Value of Strategic Excellence. I'll be pushing back on the request because of that, because this Value is not only an internal commitment but a commitment to our clients and Community to efficiency and effectiveness. We don't do things just for the sake of doing it or simply because a request has been made. It has to make sense holistically and strategically. We’re responsible with our resources. All of them, including our team's Self Care. I haven't heard the term "Demand Culture" before it came to mind for me as I talked with Angela Nguyen Prosci certified, Lean six sigma black belt about Meenakshi Iyer, MBA, PCC's (NorthStar Solutions and Services LLC)'s and CEPHR, LLC's upcoming Conference "Prioritizing Mental Well-being in a Noisy World".     It’s been said that Hope is a dangerous thing. Without it, we fall. We need Hope to believe and to inspire us to act.
