We would like to thank Justin Thibault, CFA of StepStone Group for today’s presentation to our membership. He presented a comprehensive overview of the current state of the commercial real estate market. The overview touched on various sectors, including office, retail, and multi-family, as well as some growing niche markets such as student and senior housing. His presentation highlighted areas that are attractively priced and insightful observations of the areas that are overvalued. Justin’s presentation gave attendees a clear picture of the current commercial real estate market and an insight into how to navigate investing.
