Tailored to Chane’s operations, it develops talent, fosters knowledge-sharing, and prepares employees for leadership. 📚🛠️ Participants, like Bas Davids, combine theory with hands-on practice and conduct research on real cases. Met meer dan 370 opslagtanks, een jaarlijkse doorzet van meer dan 15 miljoen ton aan producten, en de grootste biobrandstofopslag van Europa, blijven we ons ontwikkelen. Zo passen we onze laadarmen en slangen aan met eindafsluiters om weer een verbetering op het gebied van veiligheid en milieu door te voeren.   💡Onze terminals zijn een onmisbare schakel in de Rotterdamse haven en daarbuiten. We're excited to announce a major achievement for Chane’s Internal Audit Function! 🎉 This October, we had our first-ever external quality assessment performed by ONE Risk Advisory B.V. (Frank van Dissel & Thijs Smit), to assess if Chane’s Internal Audit Function complies with the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) standards. Happy to share that Chane Internal Audit Function earned a general conformance rating. ✅     This milestone reached just two and a half years after Chane introduced the Internal Audit Function and reflects the hard work and dedication of the team. The review confirmed that we generally comply with the IPPF standards, and the Institute of Internal Auditors Code of Ethics and that the function is seen by internal stakeholders as results-driven and impactful.      It’s rewarding to see these efforts acknowledged, reinforcing our positive impact in Audit, Risk, and Control.      A special thanks to our Head of Internal Audit, Risk and Control Marieta de Vos MSc RO RE CIE® CISA CRISC CCISO (CISM) and CFO Minoes Redert, who accepted the Quality assessment Certificate on behalf of Chane. #chane #internalaudit #qualityassesment #IPPF #linkingforward

Een gezellige en inspirerende start van de dag! 💡🤝   Met zo'n 100 deelnemers kwamen er verschillende Pitch onderwerpen voorbij. Onze collega’s Geeske Steeneken en Wouter Verbeek gaven hun kijk op ‘de mens als belangrijkste asset van een organisatie’, wat interessante inzichten opleverde.   Dank aan iTanks en iedereen die erbij was voor de frisse ideeën en goede sfeer! 🙌
