As a Brit, I am nervous about writing an article that talks about #SuperBowl, let alone one that mentions #taylorswift given the loyalty of her fans and the deranged theories of conspiracy theorists. However, I do so to make a serious point about what motivates leaders to change. In the case of #NFL, it has finally embraced player safety as an innovation priority.
