This is an unparalleled leadership opportunity to shape national policy through the development and implementation of federal interagency exercises and programs. The candidate will provide strategic advice to senior officials, manage multidisciplinary teams, and oversee the federal interagency administration of the National Exercise Program (NEP), working with federal departments and agencies to enhance national preparedness capabilities. Leading the Exercise Implementation Committee (EIC), the interagency coordinating body for the NEP. They will drive coordination among key stakeholders and set national exercise priorities. Additionally, they will lead Senior Officials Exercises in collaboration with the federal interagency and National Security Council partners to refine federal policies.
