🎉 Topping Out Athena at the Park Last month, we celebrated the topping out of our latest project. Located just off coveted West End Avenue and adjacent to the iconic Centennial Park, Athena at the Park is Nashville's latest modern luxury condominium development. Congratulations to the teams who have worked tirelessly to bring this vision to life.

Project Spotlight: 1111 Church One of Nashville’s newest architectural standouts, the 1111 Church project, showcases the innovative possibilities of concrete-forward design. This project pushed the limits of craftsmanship and efficiency: - 700,000 sq. ft. of concrete slabs - 2,100 tons of rebar - 638,000 lbs. of post-tension cable - 238,000 work hours, all in the fast-paced downtown core From the start, we customized our methods to ensure the building’s concrete columns elevated its striking facade.
