🌟 About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, Events, you’ll drive new business and expand CharterUP’s footprint in key verticals: events, travel, government, and K-12 organizations. You’ll own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—navigating long cycles, building relationships with key decision-makers, and securing RFPs and MSAs with high-value clients.
🌟 What You’ll Do
-Build relationships with decision-makers in target verticals.
-Navigate complex procurement processes, including RFP submissions and MSA negotiations.
-Target organizations with recurring transportation needs, securing long-term contracts.
-Proactively grow revenue by cross-selling services and expanding account footprint.
-Master and demonstrate our platform’s capabilities to drive adoption and retention.

-5+ years of enterprise sales experience in transportation, events, or travel industries.
-Proven ability to close $250k+ deals and manage $1M+ accounts.
-Expertise in RFPs, MSAs, and long sales cycles.
-Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of identifying growth opportunities.
-Top-quartile performance in previous sales roles with strong conversion rates.
