Millions of families worldwide lack life-saving health care, but the 30x30 Health Systems Initiative is changing that. The initiative aims to strengthen 30 faith-based health systems by 2030. Through commitment makers like International Care Ministries and the Christian Health Association of Nigeria, leaders are bringing critical care to remote communities globally and spreading hope. This holiday season, we invite you to give $30 to support this mission or lift a 30-second prayer for its success. https://ow.ly/NLh650Us9GO 🔗 #CCIH30x30 #GlobalHealth #HealthForAll

Faith-based organizations have been key partners in PEPFAR’s fight against HIV and AIDS, saving millions of lives and achieving incredible milestones like HIV-free births and improved access to treatment. Examples from the Catholic Medical Mission Board (CMMB) and Christian Medical Association of India(CMAI) highlight how these partnerships strengthen health systems and provide critical care. However, PEPFAR’s future is at risk without reauthorization, making continued advocacy vital. Read more: https://ow.ly/TNjY50UlYvm 🔗 📸: CMMB

Today, on International Day of Persons with Disabilities, we're featuring CCIH Member Kupenda for the Children. Kupenda joined with the Kilifi County government in Kenya and several nonprofit organizations to celebrate the inherent worth of people of all abilities. The event took place near a dried-up riverbed, a historically tragic site where children with disabilities were once drowned due to beliefs that they were cursed or bad omens. After many powerful performances and speeches emphasizing the value of people with disabilities, over 2,500 attendees made a heartfelt promise of "visikali kaheri" (never to happen again)! You can help spread this message and promote the respect and inclusion of people with disabilities in Kenya and around the world. 📸: Kupenda for the Children
