Merry Christmas! Are you allowed to say Merry Christmas? “Allowed”… doesn’t that sound horribly disrespectful to those that put God 1st over everything? Does your business post and support other religious and pagan holidays like Halloween, Hanukah, Ramadan, but then goes out of its way to mute your most important Christian holidays of Easter and Christmas? First off, this is a test like the disciple Peter’s denial of Yeshua. Will you stand up for the birth of your Savior or will you deny His birth and fall in line with the King Herods out there demanding you not speak of it and support their religious and cultural beliefs by being their “ally”. Luke 2:10-14: 10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. 11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. 12 And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. 13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, 14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.
Merry Christmas to my LinkedIn connections. I have said it often to those opposing the use of Merry Christmas: Me praying for you is the best thing I can do for you. Money will run out along with any other thing I can give. Me wishing you a Merry Christmas, praying for you, and speaking about my faith to you is me loving you enough to care about your eternal salvation. In business, do not stifle your Christians. It is the most important thing in their life. They will tell you Merry Christmas out of love. If you reply back with a different religions greeting, it will be taken as a loving peaceful gesture. Christians: don’t deny your God. Be merry, for your Savior is born. Merry Christmas and God bless you and your families.
