According to Justine, the missing ingredient is a structured sales process entrepreneurs can use to create predictable, repeatable sales.  Lucky for us, Justine shared her tips for going from inconsistent sales to creating a clear sales process, all on the Chronic Boss Hub. 🙌 Read the full article for all the details on how you can take your business to the next level! 📖 https://lnkd.in/gpcrQWZF #businessgrowth #salesstrategy #entrepreneurmindset #chronicboss #chronicpreneur

  • When hunting for a new job, women with chronic conditions have an extra factor at the very top of mind: health coverage. Between specialist visits and prescriptions and everything else that comes with being a patient, we’ve heard from so many women that it’s the reason they stay in the corporate workforce, and even then, finding adequate coverage can be a challenge. We won’t sugarcoat it: for patients with chronic conditions, finding affordable health coverage isn’t easy, but in the Chronic Boss Collective community, we have other women we can go to for advice. We’re a collective of women in the workforce helping each other thrive while managing our chronic conditions, and if that sounds like your kind of space, then come on in! 👋 Send us a DM with the word “JOIN” and we’ll send you more information! #chronicboss #healthinsurance #womeninbusiness

  • Are you in the process of setting your goals for 2025? Here are a few tips from the Chronic Boss Collective community! 1. Break your goals down quarterly, monthly, or even weekly. Especially when living with a chronic condition, it can be really difficult to plan a whole year ahead,  so this will make the process less overwhelming and more actionable! 2. Use a journal designed to help you set goals, like the Self Journal from BestSelf. 3. Find an accountability partner and schedule regular check-ins, like a monthly meeting or weekly text exchange. Bonus points if they have similar goals to yours! What other strategies do you use for effective goal setting? Share them in the comments! ↓

  • Is fighting for bathroom equality really a thing? Yes, according to Katie Connelly, Founder & CEO of Badass with a Bad Ass, who advocates for IBD and workplace accommodations. In her article on the Chronic Boss Hub, Katie opens up about a topic most people actively avoid: using the bathroom. In particular, she shares how difficult it can be for people living with inflammatory bathroom diseases to use the restroom in public due to inaccessibility and straight-up discomfort. Read Katie's article to learn more about bathroom equality and how you can be an advocate to help create a more accessible world for the IBD community: https://lnkd.in/gFCbdxc6 #inflammatoryboweldisease #crohnsdisease #accessibilitymatters

Yesterday was the Women’s Conference in Boston and it was the first conference for the Chronic Boss Collective! Lilly Stairs, Stephanie B., and I had a productive and energizing day manning our booth in the exhibit hall. We spent the day engaging with many inspiring (and aspiring!) chronic bosses. Sure, we might’ve missed Caitlin Clark and Oprah, but women with chronic conditions and big ambitions cannot wait! (Not even for Oprah!) Here a few highlights of the day: ⚡️The foot traffic was impressive! We were pretty much consistently busy, so if I missed you—that’s why! ⚡️Women really resonate with the idea of belonging to a community and finding their people.  ⚡️In fact, we chatted with a woman living with a COVID-induced condition who cried when she learned about our mission.🥹 ⚡️We met tons of really impressive women with businesses catered to important women’s issues like a birth injury lawyer and a non-profit leader mentoring minority girls. ⚡️We also met many corporate women who were interested in our community but seemed hesitant to engage too much, which proves to me we still have SO much work to do to make the corporate world more accessible. Thanks to everyone who swung by to learn about us, cheer us on, or even just ask “what’s a chronic boss?”
