About us

Our mission is to empower young adults to integrate their faith into the workplace and beyond, for the sake of the flourishing of greater Indianapolis. We believe God’s people are meant to do the work of God in the space where they spend the bulk of their time – their workplace. Our flagship fellowship provides Indianapolis residents in their 20s and 30s with nine months of spiritual formation, professional development, and civic education. Fellows are given a renewed vision for how the work they do each day, when aligned with God’s heart for mission, is ministry. Ultimately, we hope to partner with God in making Indianapolis a city where everyone has enough and no one needs to be afraid.

  • This is our class of 2025, who are about halfway through their CCF experience. Every year since 2020, we have brought together a diverse group of of young adults from across Indianapolis' communities and industries. Together, they expand their understanding of God's presence in their lives, God's mission in the world, and how THEY get to participate in it all--right here in Indy. We want to continue doing that work into 2025 and beyond--but we need the financial support of new donors to make that happen. Please give today! https://lnkd.in/geMRzuX

  • Meet Annalie, a speech therapist in public schools and a member of our Class of 2022! We asked her a few questions about her CCF experience, and here's what she had to say: What is a fond memory you have of CCF? It would be impossible for me to pick a single memory from CCF. Collectively, my fondest memories of CCF center on connection and collaboration as we learned more about ourselves, each other, our city, and the mission of God. What is something you learned during CCF that has stuck with you? CCF taught me about the importance of spiritual disciplines and ways to integrate them into my personal life and work life. Since the fellowship, breath prayers are an essential part of my daily rhythm. How did CCF change how you approach your work? What about your relationship with God? CCF changed my life in ways I never could’ve imagined. Professionally, CCF helped me recognize issues in my workplace. Since the fellowship, I joined the leadership team at work so I can invite others to participate in building a more loving and inclusive community. Personally, I experienced a new understanding of God. It has been very healing for me to grow in relationship to God as my good, loving Parent. If someone is thinking about donating financially to CCF, what would you tell them? Donations allowed me to participate in this fellowship program that changed my life in the best way possible. I am incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to learn and grow with incredible people who are passionate about the mission of God. Describe CCF in 3 words.  Best. Thing. Ever.

Hot off the press... our 2024 Annual Report is now available! As 2024 comes to a close, it’s natural to find ourselves looking back and taking stock of the year. No doubt you’ve experienced moments of joy and moments of pain, opportunities to celebrate and to grieve. We’ve been reflecting on God’s goodness over the past year in Circle City Fellows, and as we do every year, we’ve gathered all this information into our 2024 Annual Report. Our prayer is that as you read through, you’ll find joy, encouragement, and hope. God is present in Indianapolis, and we’re grateful to participate in God’s mission here. • We are 21% of the way toward our end-of-year giving goal! Thank you so much to everyone who has contributed so far, but as you can see, we still have a ways to go! What can you contribute? Every gift goes directly toward our operating expenses for 2025. https://lnkd.in/geMRzuX "By his teaching and example, Jesus called the world to follow his way of life and participate in the kingdom of God, a community of love where everyone has enough and no one needs to be afraid." --John Franke, Missional Theology

  • "How boring to spend the whole of my vocational energy trying to figure out if I am choosing the right work. It is of much greater interest to me to talk about how I’m going to do the work with integrity. How am I going to protect dignity as I work? And what truths are calling out to me as I work?" --Cole Arthur Riley, This Here Flesh
