At that time, her primary responsibility was sourcing hard-to-find candidates. In January 2019, she was hired as a full-time employee doing full-cycle recruiting. Tammie continues to support our Talent Acquisition efforts and is our liaison for LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and job advertisement opportunities. As Lead Partner, she works on best practices and other projects to help optimize our talent acquisition process. #IStopFraud: Meet Citizens' Treasury Team - Long Yang, Joshua Bruce, Connor Boyd, and Stephen Anders. Their team helps fight fraud by partnering with the customer Correspondence Team (CCT) to recover funds in situations where Citizens checks have been deposited with an altered payee or an unauthorized endorsement. Investigations are opened with Citizens’ banking partners and once resolved, the check is reissued to the original payee. In 2024, the team’s combined efforts resolved approximately 800 exceptions, rejecting over $1.5 million in fraudulent transactions on Citizens’ accounts. Most recoveries stemmed from altered payee cases on Citizens’ claims checks. Using tools like Positive Pay, ACH, and wire transfer blocks, they stop unauthorized transactions from posting to Citizens' bank accounts, safeguarding Citizens’ assets daily.
