The City of Surprise has opened bid proposal packages for construction services for our new Multi-Generational Community and Resource Center located at 12641 West Santa Fe Drive, Surprise, AZ. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the complete construction of the building, site, offsite improvements, lighting, utilities and all other scope items contained within the project documents.
