    Last week, the City of Toledo hosted its inaugural Landlord Education Fair at the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library, bringing together hundreds of housing providers eager to learn about their responsibilities, rights, and available resources. Organized by the City’s Department of Housing and Community Development, the fair provided practical tools, from legal guidance to property management tips, and attendees left equipped to better serve tenants and strengthen the local housing market. The event featured insights from experts, including representatives from: 🔹 Toledo-Lucas County Health Department 🔹 Lucas County Metropolitan Housing 🔹 The Fair Housing Center 🔹 Lucas County Auditor 🔹 LAWO 🔹 Toledo Lead Safe 🔹 Nationwide Children's Hospital Toledo Participants like Jeffrey Broussard, a property owner who traveled from San Diego, found the event invaluable.
