Back in September, the amazing students from Elmhurst Elementary wrote the sweetest letters to our Parks and Youth Services Department, kindly asking for playground upgrades. 💕 Fast forward to last week—Parks Director Joe Fausnaugh showed up to reveal the new park designs, and their reactions were... well, let’s just say you HAVE to see this! 🤭👇

The City of Toledo is seeking community input on the transformative Dorr St. to Adams St. Project, supported by a $20M RAISE Grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation. This initiative is a key step toward reconnecting neighborhoods like Junction and Englewood to the growing Toledo Social Innovation District in UpTown—a hub for job training, economic growth, and community collaboration.
