CEC Case Study: Honda - Irmo The new Honda Dealership—located in Irmo, South Carolina—consists of a 63,600 square foot facility sales and maintenance building, parking and vehicle storage area, and a multi-tiered car tower. A project of this magnitude has many engineering challenges. In addition to the typical project challenges, auto dealerships have a unique requirement for proper site visibility from several vantage points.
