✍ I have heard a lot of talk lately from healthcare founders about 'box checking' being equated with healthcare 'not caring.' Don't get me wrong - we don't want box checking without the clinical effort, however... ✅ In our industry 'box checking' is an essential part of patient safety. If it's not documented it's not done, and we do need it. It certainly doesn't mean the people caring every day - don't 'care.' 💡 This made me wonder... 🔎 Did you build a box checking solution? - If you end up here it's not a bad thing. We need these to. 🔎 Did you start with a traction experiment? - You might end up trapped if you try lean startup in healthcare. 🔎 Do you fully understand the industry? - Merge mission driven solutions with compliance solutions. 🔎 Do you connect with all stakeholders? - You might be making more of a difference than you realize. ✨ We all know is challenging to solve deep problems in healthcare for everyone - intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs alike. Find the right advisors. 👊 Don't beat yourself up or give up. If you don't feel good as a founder - imagine how it feels to have a patient in your care and know - with the right tools, you could care better.
