🏥 Pioneering medical innovation in Italy 🇮🇹 For the first time in Italy, the ROSA Hip Robot has been used for a hip arthroplasty at Casa di Cura Korian Frate Sole in Tuscany. Performed by Dr. Michele Franci and his team, this procedure represents a step forward in integrating robotic assistance into orthopedic surgery. Through a network of rehabilitation clinics (PRC), mental health facilities, medical and surgical clinics (MSC), palliative care units, outpatient centers, and home care services, Korian Italia is committed to providing high-quality, personalised care. Quello che vedete nella foto è il team guidato dal Dottor Michele Franci, che ha eseguito un intervento innovativo: per la prima volta in Italia, è stato utilizzato il ROSA Hip Robot per un’operazione di artroprotesi d’anca presso la Casa di Cura #Korian “Frate Sole” in Toscana. Un primato che conferma l’impegno di Korian Italia nell’innovazione, nella ricerca e nell’applicazione di nuove tecnologie in ambito sanitario, con l’obiettivo di offrire cure di eccellenza e contribuire concretamente al progresso medico-scientifico. È il risultato, ci tengo ad aggiungere, di una formazione internazionale di alto livello, che il Dottor Franci ha seguito in Germania insieme al Dottor Jacopo D’Ascola che adotterà questa tecnologia in un’altra struttura Korian, il San Giuseppe Hospital di Arezzo. Face au vieillissement de la population (en 20 ans, le nombre d'individus âgés de 80 ans et + va progresser de 63 %), la prévention est un enjeu majeur. En 2019, l’OMS a lancé le programme ICOPE (Integrated Care for Older People), en partenariat avec l’IHU HealthAge de #Toulouse, pour prévenir la perte d’autonomie des personnes âgées. Partenaire du CHU de Toulouse, le Groupe Clariane s'est engagé dans cette démarche via son réseau d’agences Petits-fils en #Occitanie. Depuis le printemps 2024, plus de 100 personnes âgées ont déjà participé à cette démarche dans les agences d’Albi, Castres, Montauban, Muret et Toulouse.
