🌟 Supporting Future Culinary Talent 🌟 MGM Resorts International continues to proudly partner with Clark County School District #Culinary #CTE programs to inspire the next generation of hospitality professionals. Recently, we had the privilege of hosting 80 culinary juniors and seniors from East Career & Technical Academy and Southeast Career & Technical Academy at our Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino for an unforgettable behind-the-scenes experience. The students explored Culinary and Pastry Services Outlets, including: 🍴 In-Room Dining 🍰 Bakery 🍔 Quick Service 🥂 Conventions and Banquets 🍽️ Fine Dining 🍛 Casual Dining Our talented Chef team shared their personal career journeys within the organization, alongside insights into the daily logistics and operations of feeding our employees and guests at a world-class resort. A special highlight of the day was hearing from two recent graduates of the CCSD Culinary CTE programs, hired in May 2024 as a direct result of this partnership. They shared their experiences and what it’s like to put their skills to work in one of the most exciting industries on the Las Vegas Strip!
