This position would support the General Counsel on matters related to complex commercial contracts, legal compliance, risk management, corporate governance as well as general transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience as a practicing attorney. Prior in-house counsel experience preferred yet willing to consider law firm attorney candidates looking to pivot into an in-house counsel role. Salary DOE. 2. LAW FIRM CORPORATE LEGAL ASSISTANT: Boutique Oakland County law office is looking to add a corporate legal assistant to its busy team. Candidates should have prior law firm experience supporting attorneys in the corporate, estate planning, probate and transactional space. Candidates must be proficient in Word, Excel and PDF documents in addition to document management software. A minimum of 3 years of legal assistant experience is required.
