    After teaching in higher education at various universities in the US and the world for 10+ years, I have concluded that the traditional education model is NO LONGER serving our young adults. The old system trains our students to obey and follow orders. Yet, to move our society forward, we need innovative, creative, and critical leaders and visionaries. Traditional school-based learning is only 20% to help a young person become career-ready and future-ready. The 80% happens OUTSIDE the classroom The 80% is what we focus on at Classroom Without Walls. At Classroom Without Walls, we guide teens and young adults through our tested and proven Career and Life Readiness Roadmap to become career ready while gaining confidence, motivation, and essential life skills.
