     Job Title: SEO Specialist for Real Estate Startup  Job Type: Part-Time  Job Description:   We seek a talented and driven SEO Specialist with a proven track record of working on SEO frameworks for startups, particularly in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be able to develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase search engine rankings, grow organic traffic, and ultimately drive business growth. You will be responsible for optimizing website content, conducting keyword research, monitoring analytics, and ensuring all SEO efforts are aligned with the company's goals.  Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a robust SEO strategy tailored for the real estate market from the ground up. - Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. - Optimize website structure, content, and on-page elements to maximize search engine visibility. - Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and more. - Perform technical SEO audits and resolve site issues to improve crawling and indexing. - Collaborate with developers, designers, and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into web development and marketing strategies. - Track SEO metrics and provide regular performance reports, including insights and recommendations. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, search engine algorithms, and updates to ensure ongoing improvements to our SEO strategy. - Work on link-building strategies to increase domain authority and organic reach. - Create and manage a content strategy to support organic growth with SEO-driven blog posts, landing pages, and real estate listings.  Qualifications: - Proven experience working on SEO strategies for startups, preferably in real estate or related industries. - A track record of successfully building and executing SEO strategies from scratch. - Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics. - Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization. - Experience with content creation and optimization strategies that align with SEO goals. - Ability to communicate SEO requirements to developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of real estate SEO best practices is a plus (e.g., optimizing listings, local SEO, etc.). - Analytical mindset and experience presenting data-driven SEO performance reports. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
