About us
CINDEX brings together major European groups with an international dimension. Today we have more than 60 member companies and more than 500 participants. Each member benefits from the experience of the others, while retaining his or her complete freedom of action and decision-making, while respecting absolute confidentiality. It's a real informal network between peers. The topics covered range from Security, Health, Taxation but of course also to international mobility policies... not to mention benchmarks. The Cindex is also the creator of an agreement that allows the employee of a signatory company whose spouse or partner is sent to expatriate by another company that is also a signatory, to benefit from unpaid leave intended to allow him or her to leave his or her country of origin without obligation to terminate his or her employment contract. Exchanges take place through regular meetings: The Plenary Committees address all current issues on international mobility. They allow members to discover the practices of other member societies, and to evaluate new changes in the international mobility strategies and policies of member companies. Here’s a look back at what we’ve achieved together: 👉 Modernization and Digital Presence: We launched a new, modernized website: www.cindex.fr, enhancing our online exchange platform, making it more user-friendly 💪 Our LinkedIn page has grown significantly, now boasting around 1,000 followers, with weekly posts and newsletters every six weeks keeping our community engaged and informed. 😍 Events and Networking: On May 13th, we hosted a successful meeting day at the Palais de la Porte Dorée, themed "Faced with the uncertainties of the world, let's strengthen our networks." Highlights included: 💛 @Hervé Qualizza, Mountain Guide, sharing unique leadership insights. 💚 Arnaud Vaissié, CEO of International SOS, discussing his geopolitical vision. 💙 Olivier Sibony, co-author of "The Noise," providing analysis on decision-making. 🧡 Bénédicte Crucis from MEETWIZ , exploring systemic relationships. ✈️ Qu’est-ce que la vraie vie d’expat en 2024 ? 🌍 Pourquoi part-on ? Comment ? Qu’en retire-t-on et qu’y perd-on ? 🙂 En me posant des questions sur ma propre empathie, je suis arrivée au fil de l'eau à écouter Samah Karaki. La clarté de ses propos m'a donné envie d'aller plus loin en lisant son dernier bouquin "l'Empathie est politique" 😍 1️⃣ on prend plaisir à lire son articulation et son style agréable - l'empathie et ses sœurs - l'autre , c'est qui? - ce qui détermine la valeur d'une vie 2️⃣ dans ses conclusions, elle propose des pistes: d'abord "accepter l'incertitude des autres", "se découvrir à travers lui diffèrent de ce que l'on croyait être et de se laisser transformer par cette découverte" 👉 pour les autres pistes, je vous laisse les découvrir par vous même, car c'est toujours plus pertinent d'aller à la source. Cet éclairage peut donner des sources d'inspiration aux accompagnants qu'ils soient coachs ou managers.
