CM Health Systems is pleased to partner with Atila Bioscience on the launch of the new iSAFE™ Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidies (PGT-A) Kit is for molecular biology RESEARCH USE ONLY and tests for chromosomal aneuploidy of all 24 chromosomes. The kit analyzes the DNA obtained from the biopsies of the embryotic cells and applies the QIAcuity™ Digital PCR Platform to accurately quantify the copy numbers of all 24 chromosomes (plus the chromosome 22 deletion) after whole genome amplification (WGA). SAMPLE TYPE: -DNA obtained from the biopsies of one or multiple embryotic trophectoderm cells. -Purified genomic DNA. -Biopsied cells or purified genomic DNA is pre-amplified with whole genome amplification to generate the WGA products. INTERPRETATION: Simple and straightforward data visualization and analysis No complicated bioinformatics needed! No expensive software program needed. Atila Bioscience developed agnostic solutions for different dPCR instruments leading the way to the arena of In Vitro Fertilization. The PGT-A product is a great addition to Atila Biosystems high multiplex dPCR assays in NIPT and Fetal Medicine assays.
