Before Thanksgiving, our Co-Founder Ricky Becker, LCSW wrapped up his final interstate trip of the year with visits to Southern Nevada and Utah. It was a whirlwind week filled with program tours, meetings, and meaningful conversations. No trip to Southern Utah is complete without soaking in its breathtaking landscapes, and Ricky made sure to do just that. True to form, he carved out time for self-care with a trail run through a stunning slot canyon just hours before his flight home. It was the perfect reminder of the importance of balancing work with activities that recharge the soul. For Ricky, nature and adventure are the ultimate sources of energy and inspiration! Our incredible team is growing and thriving as we continue to lead the way in supporting Oregon families! Elizabeth Deardorff LCSW, joins Cobalt Family Consulting co-founders Amanda Thomas, MPhEd, LMFT & Ricky Becker, LCSW, in earning her official Oregon referral agent certification. Liz now stands alongside the Cobalt leadership team in her ability and readiness to make an even greater impact for families both in Oregon and nationwide.   At the heart of what we do is a steadfast commitment to safety and wellness. That’s why we ensure every service we provide is backed by essential measures like a thorough background check, program disclosure and all being trained as mandatory reporters. We go above and beyond to collaborate with programs that share our passion for prioritizing the safety and well-being of our clients' families. Here’s to building stronger communities together, one step at a time and everybody doing our part to make treatment safe and transparent for families.
