As a recognized leader in the utility sector, he has consistently fostered public trust on critical issues.   Before joining CSR, Jeff held a leadership role in Emergency Preparedness at ComEd, where he managed resource acquisition strategies. His background in mutual assistance, and governmental affairs uniquely equips him to lead our team in delivering exceptional client service. Jeff's experience in securing cost-effective contracts, analyzing market trends, and overseeing emergency power restoration gives him valuable insights into the needs of our utility partners.
