The Collegiate Law Journal at the University of Miami aims to cultivate a space for the exploration and dissemination of undergraduate legal scholarship within the university and the broader public sphere. Our vision is to foster a vibrant academic environment for our undergraduate community by offering a platform for in-depth debate and rigorous research. We welcome submissions of articles, research papers, and essays encompassing a diverse array of topics and perspectives within the realm of law. Our biannual print journal features 4-5 selected authors, while our online platform publishes the work of 5-10 writers monthly, ensuring a robust and dynamic presence for our organization.
