Our thanks to Frana Companies Inc. for selecting Collins as the electrical contractor for the Landmark Tower project. Amenities for these luxury housing units include a rooftop patio, a technology lounge, a golf simulator, and more.
The wait is almost over for St. Paul's newest luxury apartments! We've been busy putting the final touches on Landmark Tower, an office space-to-residential conversion that will create 187 new homes. Leasing for the top half of the building will start in early January with occupancy for that section beginning in February.
