3 Quick Lessons Learned ⬇️🥹 Just wrapped up an amazing small business event where I had the chance to listen to so many incredible stories from fellow entrepreneurs. It’s a powerful reminder of why storytelling is at the heart of what we do—and why we keep going. Here are a few takeaways that really hit home: Lesson 1: Don’t give up. Hard work and consistency pay off in the long run. It may not be easy, but the journey is worth it. Lesson 2: Focus on others. Making clients happy should be our priority. It’s not all about us—it’s about building something that truly serves others. Lesson 3: Do it together. We can achieve a lot alone, but we go so much farther when we make connections and lift each other up. Thankful for the encouragement and inspired to keep moving forward! #Storytelling #SmallBusiness #Community #Entrepreneurship Thank you to Justin Rule for hosting 🙏🏼🙌🏼

Hard work is paying off for Columbia, PA. Once called "the armpit of Lancaster County", the town is now growing and reinventing (accurately) its reputation on google! Discover Columbia has been a passion project of ours over the last few years and the evidence is finally in: it's working! It certainly takes a village - getting some media coverage thanks to Discover Lancaster, or magazine features with Deborah Brandt and Fig Industries has helped along the way. The team at Sparrow Launch Kits has been giving their talents to the project too! Along the way some social sauce from Sally Ricker, great photos and video from a variety of local talents, as well as the support of the Borough of Columbia and its awesome people like Todd Burgard, Don Murphy, the Columbia Economic Development Corporation, MATTHEW FUNK BARLEY, Hope Byers, Mark E Stivers, AICP, Adam Grim, and so many others! Take a look at how the local economy has grown based on this data - and come see what everyone is falling in love with in #ColumbiaPA https://lnkd.in/e6gKuNGq
