What happens when a young, passionate entrepreneur steps into a thriving sports community in Slovenia? This is a #SuccessStory about transformation and innovation starring Mariadele Manicardi a new entrepreneur from Italy who embarked on an unforgettable journey in Koper (Slovenia) to redefine her career and bring fresh perspectives to her host organization, Pike Obala Dance Factory "It was a unique and special experience. Thanks to all the opportunities that were given to me, I was able to learn a lot and everything I learned will be indispensable both to continue my projects and to grow as a person. I'm so grateful for the whole experience, the things I learned and the people I met" said Mariadele. One of the most enriching aspects of this exchange was the cross-cultural collaboration as they shared ideas, compared different organizational models and learned from each other's experiences. A dialogue that fostered a positive environment where innovative ideas could flourish and pave the way for future collaborations. "Hosting the Italian participant during our Erasmus exchange was a truly enriching experience. We had the opportunity to learn diverse dance styles and techniques from each other, which greatly enhanced our skills. The cultural exchange fostered a strong bond and mutual understanding between us. This collaboration not only improved our performances but also broadened our perspectives and appreciation for different dance traditions” said the host Artur Steffe. Mariadele will continue her journey in Slovenia where she will take on even greater responsibilities, including the possibility of leading her own team.
