During part 2 of our Flagship Program you will learn how to better align to your purpose, mission, and values by understanding your strengths by: -Participating in our member favorite Inner Mentor Visualization exercises. Past workshop participants expressed this was their favorite part of the program; - Taking a personality type assessment to understand what our strengths might be; - Enrolling in “Use your strengths for impact and influence at work”, a LinkedIn learning course designed to help participants understand the impact their strengths have in the workplace - Journaling about your natural strengths and the strengths you hope to develop. Curious what you can get out of our upcoming Flagship Program? Check out this sneak peek into some of the content you will see beginning on March 16 when we kick off our Flagship Program! Our program is self-exploratory in nature and includes content to guide you in the process of rediscovering your purpose.  In addition to attending our formalized workshops, to get the most out of the program, we encourage you to engage in weekly reflections and activities- Examples are below! 📓Work through your first journal entry.  For example: “Pretend it's your 100th birthday. Your friends and family are toasting to you! What do they say?” ✎Complete a LinkedIn Learning on Self-Awareness, Authenticity, and Leadership 🎧Choose and listen to a podcast from our Podcast playlist on Spotify 🤩During Workshop #1 you will reflect and create a life graph outlining when you have felt  proud, authentic, or misaligned with your values.  We hope you will apply to the program when the applications are open!
