I love spending time with my team and their loved ones, especially at this time of year. Whenever I need a reason for optimism, I know I can get it from connecting with my team – learning from their experiences and courage; being inspired by their energy and thoughtfulness; understanding their uniqueness and potential; and having so much fun! Our holiday parties in Bozeman and Providence this year were sheer awesomeness, from the surprise gorilla appearance to the most hilarious em-ceeing of a White Elephant gift exchange I've ever experienced.
