Our team provides clinical and support services to adults diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness and substance use disorders by providing medical care coordination, crisis intervention/stabilization, case management, health education and wellness activities. RN needed to provide physical and psychiatric assessments, health education, medication management, care coordination and crisis intervention to people with complicated biopsychosocial needs. The RN coordinates care with a talented multidisciplinary group of Mental Health professionals and community providers. New graduates are encouraged to apply! Education/Licensing Requirements: BS in Nursing preferred; RI RN licensure required. Mental Health and/or Substance Abuse experience preferred.
